Digital Video Recorders of Tral 3 Series
DVRs of Tral 3 series is the latest generation of portable low-power digital video recorders. Just like our DVRs of Tral 1 series, they can record data from 4 analog video cameras (PAL/NTSC) and 2 audio channels to a hard drive in MPEG-4 format, but have certain important improvements.
Recording Options
DVRs of Tral 3 series archive video and audio in MPEG-4 format with resolution 704×576 (PAL) or 704×480 (NTSC). Due to a number of technological developments the aggregate recording speed for all channels was increased to 25 fps, and improvements in video compression algorithm allowed to extend the non-stop recording period on a 2.5-inch disk to up to 4 weeks.
“Black Box” Approach
The Tral 3 series was designed to be a kind of a “black box”. We abandoned the web interface used to view information and control the device, and now all control and viewing of online and archived video is done using specially developed software. This enabled us to increase data security and privacy by reliably prohibiting unauthorized access.
Tral 3-T for Transportation
The Tral 3-T model is specially designed for use in transportation and other heavy-duty conditions. It features high shock and vibration resistance and can operate in the temperature range of −4°F to 131°F (−20°C to +55°C) meeting requirements of the MIL-STD-810 standard. During production we test each Tral 3-T device in a heating and cooling cabinet in the entire operating temperature range and deliver it with its individual test sheet attached.
Tral 3-M for Mobile
There is one new model in Tral 3 series that did not exist in previous generations of DVRs. Tral 3-M is a CompactFlash-based ultra-portable DVR for mobile operating conditions.
